  • Pecan pie with Mesquite flour crust. My take on your traditional pecan pie. I mix Texas mesquite pod flour with local heirloom wheat flour to make the flaky buttery crust, Then I add mesquite extract to the filling, which perfectly complements the pecans and takes this pie to the next level. 9.5” pie serves 6-8.

[Ingredients: Pecans, wheat flour, mesquite pod flour, butter, eggs, cane syrup, sugar, salt]

  • Honey + Oat Sourdough boule with heirloom grains grown in Texas and local raw honey. Fermented for 2 days for a complex flavor and texture, and the honey gives it a beguiling fragrance and flavor that’s not too sweet. I’ll put on our signature mandala stencil on this one for your holiday table. 1.75 lb boule serves 6-12.

[Ingredients: Water, Red Fife wheat, toasted oats, barley, honey, salt]

  • Heirloom Cornbread. I use a mix of colorful heirloom corn milled by Barton Springs Mill to make this flavorful cornbread in the shape of a loaf pan. Roasted corn kernels, a buttery crust and a buttermilk tang make it extra special. 8” x 4” pan loaf serves 6-8.

[Ingredients: Heirloom yellow and red cornmeal, wheat flour, corn, milk, buttermilk, eggs, sugar, butter, salt, baking powder]

  • Browned butter brioche rolls. Fluffy and buttery rolls with some local heirloom wheat flour for a bit more character. Browned butter and just a touch of sourdough culture for flavor. Not your standard dinner rolls. Perfect for weekend-after snack sandwiches to get thru your leftovers. 1 dozen pull apart rolls are approx. 9”x13”.

[Ingredients: Marquis wheat flour, milk, butter, eggs, sugar, yeast]

    1 dozen for $15

    1/2 dozen for $8

  • Mesquite flour butter. I take Texas honey mesquite beans and roast them to develop their uniquely complex flavor before milling and sifting to a fine powder. This is mixed with butter and salt to make a naturally sweet spread with the native flavor of Texas. Add a sense of place to your holiday meal. Always a big hit! [Ingredients: Butter, mesquite pod flour, salt]

$7 for a half pint container

  • Mesquite flour. Texas honey mesquite pods from sustainable ranches in our state. Roasted for complex flavor and milled and sifted into a flour suitable for baking. Use a small percentage in your recipes for bread, pie crust, butter, whipped cream, etc. Email for usage advice.

    $10 for 1/2 pound bag

  • Mesquite Dirty White Chocolate made by our friends SRSLY Chocolate. Unrefined white chocolate base mixed with our roasted mesquite flour. Really unique and really delicious.

    $8 for a 2 oz. bar
